KL Roberts is a mother, primary school teacher, and lover of all animals! An avid reader, Roberts loved to read to her children when they were young, and now, her students. 

Her favourite children's authors include; Dr Seuss, Lynley Dodd, Nick Bland, and Julia Donaldson to name a few.  Roberts believes that stories with rhyme are not only fun but improve literacy skills.  

Roberts always wanted to write and share stories that children would love reading again and again. Teddy the Cattle Dog is her first book!
